Lead Programmer using PC-DMIS CAD++ Version 2015 MR1 software •Train CMM operators and programmers on the Leitz PMM-G, Brown & Sharpe X-Cel, and Sheffield machines making employees more diverse and flexible. •Migrate existing programs from an articulating head machine to run on a fixed head Leitz machine •Proficient in offline programming using 3D Pro E model or without a 3D Model. •Create new CMM programs for PPAP, capability studies and production checks. •Support new product development. •Edit and improve existing CMM programs to meet blueprint specifications and GD & T callouts. •Create, organize and maintain charts, graphs and SPC data for capability studies and PPAP approvals. •Analyze stats for improvement of manufacturing processes. •Communicate accurate information to manufacturing that will aid in maintaining process control limits.
