   Direct administrative and operational efforts to successfully and efficiently support a $3.5million organization whose mission is to help struggling Rocklander\'s through difficult times with dignity and to break the cycle of poverty.Review, revise and reorganize delivery tactics and logistics for PtoP\'s major programs (Food Pantry, Family Fund, Back to School and Santa Project) to assure improved client services, resources stewardship and volunteer development.Responsible for developing and implementing significant enhancements to programs, fundraising efforts and media relations for Rockland\'s largest food pantry, a pantry that has seen a 100% increase in clients since 2008.Reviewed, revised and reorganized delivery tactics and logistics for PtoP\'s three major programs to assure improved client services, resources stewardship and volunteer development.Developed and implemented a comprehensive communications plan that included: the development of a new logo, new office support materials, newsletter, website, brochure, informational flyers and more; media relations including story identification, news release development and relationship-building with media contacts; community relations including presenations at key civic group meetings inlcuding Rotary Clubs, Lion Clubs, Senior Citizen Clubs as well as identifying and initiating collaborative efforts with organizations whose mission compliments PtoP\'s mission including Meals on Wheels; Developed and am implementing a comprehensive fund development plan that includes major gifts, annual appeals, grants, special events and more.Developed and am implement an advocacy agenda utilizing board members as spokespeople to raise awareness of the issue of hunger and Rockland County and to advocate a leadership role for PtoP in organizing and coordinating this effort.
