MY BOARD & ADVISORY EXPERIENCE During my executive technology roles at Johnson Controls, Hunt Consolidated, and Textron, I have advised corporate boards on cybersecurity and business-aligned IT strategies for digital and technology transformation, acquiring extensive corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management experience. I also serve as customer advisory board member to external technology firms including Salesforce, PlanView, and Infosys, and strategic advisor to TruU, Inc, apiphani, and venture capital groups. As part of my commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, I sit on the national and regional board of NPower, a nonprofit that creates pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and underserved young adults. I am also a founding board member of T200, a nonprofit of top women enterprise technology executives committed to developing the next generation of women in technology. I am currently open to board roles. I believe my corporate governance experience is most impactful to the boards of industrial/manufacturing or critical infrastructure enterprises that are undertaking a digital shift or planning to embark in a transformation journey. I also offer deep cybersecurity experience from working in defense and critical infrastructure industries. MY LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY I operate with a gratefulness mindset and value the different dimensions of diversity, recognizing that each individual has unique strengths and the potential to make significant contributions in this world. I lead with an appreciation for what others see, feel, believe, and know. SOME OF MY HOBBIES AND OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES I enjoy visiting “out of the way” places and national parks and taking helicopter rides with my family. I also love going to concerts—any genre.

   I provide vision and leadership to a business-aligned IT organization as Johnson Controls executes its digital transformation strategy. I develop and execute enterprise-wide IT strategy to drive global simplification across a heterogeneous technology landscape and establish robust digital frameworks to enable the company to scale and achieve global growth objectives. I present IT and cyber strategy to the board and provide updates to the audit and governance board committees. Key initiatives and accomplishments include: Implemented common processes via global template on standard technology platforms and consolidated outdated enterprise systems to bolster operating speed while mitigating risks. Transformed delivery of heterogenous IT applications and services into harmonized process and technology landscape, which resulted in a more agile and cost-effective enterprise. Increased service delivery resiliency of heavily outsourced organization by building talent acquisition and development program focused on strategic platforms, which leveraged best-cost country labor. Built comprehensive talent pipeline and management program to increase in-sourcing of talented technologists and key senior leaders and established active coaching ecosystem to foster inclusive culture and deploy solutions at scale.
