About Diane Julian

I am a Senior Manager of Product at Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the US. I am passionate about delivering and maintaining high availability and scalable construction applications that support the homebuilding journey\'s current and future needs. I have a strong background in process improvement, construction applications, supply chain. land acquisition & managing both internal and external development teams. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute software solutions that meet the business needs and goals of Lennar and its customers. In my current role, I lead the product development and strategy for the treasury applications that enable Lennar to optimize its capital allocation and liquidity across its divisions and projects. I also recruit and build high performing scrum teams with the appropriate resources to deliver business value in time frames requested. Some of my key achievements include launching a new cash forecasting tool that improved the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow projections, and implementing a new payment integration system that reduced the processing time and costs of vendor invoices. I leverage my skills in process improvement, cost accounting, and cash flow to ensure that the treasury applications are aligned with the best practices and standards of the industry and the organization.
