As a Scaled Agile Coach and Trainer, I work with our clients to build success strategies in lean agile thinking and in the execution of lean agile practices. In my consulting role, these are my core objectives: · Conduct assessments of current business practices to identify opportunities for improvement· Work with leadership to execute the recommendations· Instruct SAFe certification agile training in a virtual classroom setting· Work with RTEs and individual teams to create measurable benchmarks and metrics· Create and deliver customized agile training workshops related to a variety of topics· Work with teams, and leaders to identify areas of opportunity for relentless improvement · Create benchmarking and measurable performance indicators · Lead quarterly WSJF prioritization exercises on both an enterprise and team scale· Lead quarterly SAFe Inspect & Adapt problem solving workshops· Plan large scale Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions· Core member of the Dewpoint Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)· Leverage all flavors of agile to find the optimum solution for each environment
