About Diane Higginbotham
My dream job growing up was to be a teacher. I wanted to teach kindergarten and during college I shadowed a kindergarten teacher and decided,\"nope, not for me.\" What I didn\'t realize is that teaching is facilitating and what I really wanted to do wasn\'t to teach school-aged children but I wanted to facilitate conversations between adults. For over 15+ years, I\'ve been in the philanthropic community facilitating conversations with ultra high net worth individuals and companies focused on their philanthropy. Whether that philanthropy looked like scholarship program management or providing learning opportunities around values and legacy, facilitating has been my mainstay. As huge part of my success has been due to my ability to relate to people, my warmth, my authenticity, and my ability to provide a sense of connectedness.
