As Director of Product, I lead a team of product managers and product owners with a varied set of skills and experience in order to drive Shiji\'s roadmap and deliver rich features and functionality for the hospitality industry. My leadership style allows team members to have freedom to execute with autonomy, while inspiring analytical and critical thinking. By providing direction and encouragement, my team gains confidence and experiences satisfaction in their work and can benchmark themselves against clear and measurable goals.
