ABOUT DIANE FRISINA VENTRE

Experienced Creative Director with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Strong professional skills in Advertising, Retail, E-commerce, and Marketing Strategy. What makes me stand out from many is my ability to develop outstanding creative while also possessing solid management/marketing skills (budgeting, scheduling, forecasting and purchasing). This unique skill set allows me to develop fresh creative that inspires and motivates customers while staying on schedule, under budget and meeting all deadlines. An experienced director capable of leading a full service team (digital, design, copy, photography, production), with impeccable taste and acute business acumen. I am at-ease presenting new concepts to clients and executive management teams alike. An experienced leader but I still love to get my hands dirty with design & photo art direction especially. Up to date with the latest technologies, Adobe Creative Suite and what’s trending. Capable of developing and managing large diverse teams but I also work well independently. Accustomed to juggling a large number of projects at one time and I see all projects through from conception to final execution. I put talented creative teams together from design to photography, to pre press, to production, to writers, to digital design to UX. I create and maintain a fun, open, collaborative working environment that tends to bring out the very best in people and consequently, their very best work as well. When working on my own, I am focused, resourceful and driven. I have been called a \"task-master\" on more than one occasion. Outside my work, I spend a lot of time with family, friends and my dogs Frank & Macy. I do yoga, crew and I love to hike. I go to the beach with my dogs year-round. It\'s our favorite place to be.
