ABOUT DIANE FLEMING
I work closely with our network of regional and London offices to find the right buyers for our clients’ properties. I am involved in an array of valuation work and rural transactions of commercial farms, sporting estates and properties with renewable and forestry opportunities.I was brought up on a family farm in Angus and after school studied Architecture at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. I then re-trained as a Rural Surveyor whilst working with a firm of rural surveyors in Aberdeen. After qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2016, I briefly took on a land management role, before specialising in farm and estate agency and valuation in 2017. With over 10 years experience in the industry, I joined Savills in May 2023, working as part of the Farm and Estate Rural Agency team. I specialise in estate and farm sales and acquisitions throughout Scotland. As a Registered Valuer, I also assist our Valuations team with valuations for clients for a variety of purposes including bank lending, inheritance tax and interval reviews.
