I help underrepresented and emerging leaders grow into confident, grounded, high-impact executives—without sacrificing their values, well-being, or sense of purpose. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, psychological safety, and personal transformation. My expertise comes from 25+ years of guiding cross-functional global teams across technology and operations. These experiences taught me how culture, systems, and human behavior collide and how leaders influence all three.Today, I coach people who want to strengthen their leadership skills, accelerate their career path, reingage with their work or realign it with their values. My coaching blends practical leadership tools with inner development work. I use frameworks like Conversational Intelligence®, Positive Intelligence (PQ), psychological safety principles, VUCA resilience strategies, team scorecard methodologies, and values-based leadership.Clients come to me feeling stretched thin, burnt out, and unsure how to lead through complexity.
