   HR Generalist for 12 Target Store locations in Garner/Knightdale and Eastern North Carolina with approximately 1400 hourly team members, 52 Exempt Store Leaders Strategic partner to HR Leaders in 12 Target Store locations on all HR related activities including, but not limited to: staffing, benefits, compensation, training, employee relations and development. Lead succession planning strategies at the District and store level. Review potential staff openings as a result of new positions, promotions, and anticipated turnover to determine timing of staffing changes and hiring needs. Established a strong pipeline of talent, allowing us to fill positions that have and will become available. Ensure great team cultures are being led in Target Stores through execution of team surveys, conducting chat sessions with team members and leaders, and follow up on store and district action plans on culture concerns. Leader of Talent Strategies including leadership development, performance and potential assessment of Executives, execution of talent development tools at the district and store level, and partner for District Team Leaders on the development of Store Team Leaders. Resolve employee relations concerns for team members and leaders through investigations and partnerships with store HR leaders and District Leaders to mitigate risk for the company.
