I transform businesses through data and AI products—unlocking value, building efficiencies, and delivering solutions that scale.I am an action-oriented leader whose 25+ year career brings experience in AI, data and technology that spans software engineering, academia, strategy, and industry. I lead and execute numerous data and AI use-cases and product builds across industries, consistently achieving significant uplift in business outcomes whilst minimising spend.My strength lies in blending deep technical expertise with strategic commercial thinking and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style—able to navigate with ease from technical problem solving to boardrooms.I build and deliver foundational and capabilities (strategy, engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, data science, AI and GenAI ) from the ground up to a full suite of data products that address both commercial advantage and regulatory needs. I believe lasting transformation happens when innovation, inspiration, and human-centred leadership converge.
