ABOUT DIANE B. KAIN

I would only consider opportunities that are full time and a direct hire with any given am currently a Senior Project Manager for Emergent Biosciences, Science and Development. In this role I support Lab and Ops by championing the implementation, use and adherence, and continuous improvement of PM tools, building and leading processes that provide a portfolio view of laboratory and technical operations resource needs across all programs and responsible for the Capital Expenditure processes. Previously I was a Senior Program Manager for Lonza Cell and Gene, managing strategic accounts addressing their business needs. I also lead internal projects for technical transfer efforts and process improvement. My experience with MillopreSigma as a Supervisor in the Project Management Biologics Routine Testing Team which allowed me the opportunity to build and grow accounts while aggressing their lot release needs and coach/mentor other Project Manager withing the business. I was site lead in a high visibility project to digitize paper batch records and implement other digital solutions that will impact data integrity. I originally joined MilliporeSigma as a Technical Trainer, which have me instructional design experience, engage stakeholder to develop engaging and well aligned with the business needs. My roles within the different organizations have given me the opportunity to work cross functionally on a global setting with Management and Senior Leadership. I am highly motivated individual, working independently with little guidance, but excels in Team Leadership roles. I have experience with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, LIMS, MS Projects, Smartsheet and the SAP. My technical background is in Molecular Biology and I have more than ten years experience in Biotech. I am passionate about my career because we make a difference in peoples lives.
