   Large Capital Project Controls and Document Controls Management. Follow the established Project Controls Plan (PCP) and Document Control Plan (DCP). Update and obtain necessary approvals as required on the PCP. Update all sections of the appropriate project monthly status report, including the download and analysis of financial system reports for commitments, expenditures, coordinating with site finance, as necessary. Perform a thorough cost forecast and develop and update cashflow projections and accruals each month. Analysis, Prepare and review weekly & monthly reports on budget and cost performance, trends, forecasts, and cost savings each month. Coordinate a monthly review of the project monthly status report. Assist in the review, analyze, check pricing, and challenge project change request estimates, schedule, and scope in a timely manner. Review, analyze, manage, and maintain full cycle project contracts, amendments, and purchase orders. Hold periodic meetings to review change orders with the appropriate parties. Review Invoices, pursue corrections, and support the project manager. Ensure GC is providing high quality reporting and are following the requirements per the PCP, contracts, and service orders. Assist Project Managers and the project team in effectively and proactively managing projects to ensure project success. Support the Project Manager and project team in organizational and administrative activities. Store project controls related files, documents, and meeting minutes on a secure shared drive for each individual project. Store the project monthly status report, schedules, invoice, and review documentation, as well as other relevant documents on the SharePoint.
