OCFC is the non-profit lending affiliate of OCCH. Over its 20+ year history, OCFC has provided over $1 billion in financing for affordable housing and community development projects across eight states, supporting the creation and preservation of nearly housing units for low- and moderate-income families.I oversee OCFC’s work as it relates to its status as a Community Development Financial Institution, including certification, applications for funding, and compliance for over $53M in open grants from the U.S. Department of the Treasury\'s CDFI Fund. OCFC uses these funds to attract and leverage private capital, enabling it to offer more flexible, lower-cost financing for affordable housing development and to pilot innovative new products tailored to the evolving needs of communities. I also play a key role in OCFC’s strategic planning, impact measurement, and public policy efforts.
