ABOUT DIANE ALALOUF
I have spent 25+ years operating at the heart of investment businesses — leading teams, building platforms, and driving transformation that connects data, technology and commercial outcomes. At Mercer I held senior operational and leadership roles across investment consulting and asset management. I led a team of 40 investment consultants and analysts as Investment Consulting Leader for Eastern Canada, and served as COO for Investment Consulting across Canada and Latin America. These roles gave me a deep understanding of how investment businesses run — the client relationships, the operational infrastructure, the sales process and the people. More recently I have focused on transformation and product. I led the build and launch of Mercer’s Catalytic Investment Exchange — a pilot digital platform connecting institutional investors with climate finance opportunities — from technology setup through to user acquisition. I have also led data and digitalisation programmes within Mercer’s asset management business, aligning advisory and OCIO operations around better data capture and process. I am energised by the intersection of investment expertise and operational transformation — particularly where data, technology and business strategy converge. I’m always interested in connecting with people working at that intersection.
