About Diandra Zaki Haskell
I’ve worn many hats over the years. I have worked in startup environments since 2017, starting in FinTech focusing on customer experience and later fraud analysis & prevention, and then transitioning into health & wellness tech. In recent years I’ve been in leadership positions on customer experience and customer care teams, cross-collaborating with engineering, product, QA, and marketing teams. I have a degree in entertainment & event management, and have many years of experience in that area as well. I’m passionate about accessibility and believe that in both physical and virtual spaces, everyone should be invited. I am also currently learning American Sign Language. Some things that bring me joy: · My four cats, Freyja, Syn, Beyla, and Tuukka· A nice long hike - especially a sunrise hike!· Volunteering as the Adoption Manager and occasionally fostering for Ten Lives Cat Rescue, a 100% volunteer-powered 501(c)(3) non-profit that I am incredibly proud of· Assisting in the management and execution of the Accessibility program at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival every summer, ensuring our patrons with disabilities have the best time of their livesI have a passion for helping others, I will try anything once, and I love new challenges.
