I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach, and Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry. As a SAFe Program Consultant at Pratt & Whitney, a global leader in jet engine manufacturing, I co-led the organizational agile transformation for a leading commercial engine program and am now leading the DevSecOps transformation for a major military engine, enabling teams and stakeholders to adopt SAFe, agile, and scrum framework and improve software quality and delivery.My background in computer science and project management allowed me to contribute to the design and development of controls software for multiple jet engine programs, manage outsourced and offshore teams, and provide guidance and direction in agile to multiple variant engine projects. I also have a passion for writing and editing, and I have worked as a freelance copy editor and proofreader for web-based blogs.
