I am a CPA and an Investment Advisor Representative. with Transamerica. I help families and small business owners to set up tax saving and financial plans to meet their goals in retirement and college needs. My focus currently is on retirement planning in the area of advising clients and small business owners/self-employed on saving for retirement needs as well as to preparing to meet the retirement age challenge- like long-term care or outliving their personal savings in retirement. I provide each client with customized financial solutions with tax saving investment strategies. Prior to my own practice, I have 18 years of accounting and tax experience with Ernst & Young and several Fortune 50 companies. While in EY, I serviced high net-worth corporate executives in tax planning and wealth management. My experience in corporations included SEC and corporate reporting, financial result analysis, financial statement preparation, budgeting, GAAP research. SOX compliance, due diligent, financial audit. IPO readiness and tax compliance.
