About Diana Wu David

The question that drives my work: How do we ensure AI makes humans more capable, not more dependent or irrelevant? How do we create a future where many more people feel invited and empowered to imagine their own futures? I\'m Director of Futures at ServiceNow, where I lead strategic foresight research for one of the world\'s most important enterprise platforms. But my ambition is bigger than any single company. I want to build the environment, architecture and standards for human-AI collaboration—open frameworks that any organization can use to design work where humans and AI genuinely amplify each other for a better future. This isn\'t abstract futurism. It\'s about the specific design decisions organizations face right now: Which capabilities must humans preserve independent of AI? Where should AI operate autonomously, and where does it need human judgment? How do we measure whether we\'re building resilience or dependency? I came to this work through years of helping leadership teams navigate uncertainty—as a P&L owner and leader of diverse teams, corporate development director and strategist, board director, and foresight practitioner. What I\'ve learned: the organizations that thrive aren\'t the ones with the best predictions. They\'re the ones that build the capacity to adapt. The human-AI transition is the defining design challenge of our era. I intend to help get it right. Let\'s go!
