One of my favorite things to do as a kid was to take apart household electronics to see how all the pieces came together to make it work. Most of the time, I could put it all back together just as I found it… sometimes not (oops!). But, this taught me to focus on each component’s function/what problem it solved and from there, gain an understanding of where it fit to make it all come together and work cohesively. This same mindset drives me today: Observe, learn each component\'s function, and understand how it all comes together to work seamlessly. Whether it’s a product, project, organization, or a customer’s needs and goals, I will observe, learn, and understand to maximize growth, enhance outcomes, and exceed goals and expectations. I\'ve learned that valuable lessons can come from everyone and every experience. Life experiences can sometimes be the best teachers, and I have had my fair share of those. From traveling and living abroad spontaneously as a young adult to engaging with people from all walks of life and working across various industries and projects, these experiences have sharpened my project management and problem-solving skills. I enjoy cultivating relationships and learning along the way, approaching every interaction with curiosity, openness, and empathy.
