In partnership with Talent Development Director, manage and enhance Enterprise Technology Partners development programs including launch of company’s first ETP Skills Academy focused on aligning employee career growth with high priority tech skills and leadership development opportunities. Consult, coach, train and partner with ETP employees to ensure an effective and high-quality innovation of role and skill-based training, resources, and leadership development programs. Drive the design, delivery and facilitation of skill development and holistic learning experiences including remote and in-person training and interactive resource guides. Serve as Talent Development subject matter expert in consultation with ETP and business leaders on needs, design, delivery and improvement of development programs.~ Accomplishments ~- Partnered with TD Director to launch company’s first IT Skills Academy and built development resources and SharePoint site for hot tech skills, leadership programs, and career development- Launched HBDI® Program for ETP team including assessments for over 500 employees, certified practitioner training, design and facilitation of training workshops, vendor management, benefits reporting and integration into IT onboarding—achieving 83% assessment completion within 2 months- Partnered with IT and HR subject matter experts to create role and skill-based learning journeys with links to career pathing, online courses, certifications, and recommended on-the-job development experiences- Created clickable Leadership Programs catalog to guide IT employees on availability and enrollment options for enterprise-wide development programs.
