   I coach teams in the State Farm RED Labs department to help them develop products using a start-up mentality. We take ideas from inception, create prototypes, conduct market and beta testing. We use design thinking and ideation techniques to spark creativity and discover ways to disrupt the status quo in the marketplace. One of the teams I work with is using Virtual Reality to improve training and post-training retention.
