ABOUT DIANA SCHILF

I started in commercial real estate 29 years ago, collecting rents and learning the ins and outs of residential and commercial leases. When I eventually moved into marketing, I thought I was simply creating materials and telling the two-dimensional story of a property. Over time, through my various roles within the company, it made me realize CRE was really about something much deeper: helping people envision what’s possible.One of my favorite moments was working with a financial advisor who was searching for his first office. On paper, the spaces were just square footage and specs. But through tours, countless emails, and many conversations, I helped him see how that empty space could become the place for his success. Today, that office is thriving, and it makes me smile every time I walk in to see him as his client and friend.That’s what keeps me passionate about CRE - knowing that every lease or sale isn’t just a transaction, it’s the beginning of someone’s next chapter. My background in marketing allows me to not only position properties and think creatively to find prospects, but also match clients with the right opportunities, guiding them toward spaces where they can succeed and grow.For me, it’s about more than buildings.
