About Diana Ruszkowski

I help women feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their personal wellness journey. As the founder of Women’s Wellness Authority and host of the Women’s Wellness Authority Podcast, I create spaces—both online and in person—where women can access education, community, and holistic tools to support whole-person healing — physically, emotionally, and energetically.My passion for this work began early, shaped by watching my mother advocate for answers for my brother’s chronic health issues. It taught me that healing often requires looking beyond traditional models of care and trusting the wisdom of the body.After more than two decades in corporate marketing and finance, my own postpartum healing journey pulled me back to those roots. Through functional wellness, energy-based practices, and sound healing I discovered how powerful it is when women have access to the right tools, support, and information.Today, my work brings that mission to life through three core pillars:The Women’s Wellness Authority Podcast Conversations with functional practitioners, holistic healers, and wellness experts designed to help women understand their bodies, advocate for their health, and feel empowered in their healing. Every episode is created to make wellness approachable, practical, and deeply supportive.The Sound Collective Immersive sound-healing experiences offered locally in the Charlotte/Lake Wylie region and virtually. These sessions help women release stress, feel more grounded, and reconnect with themselves in a restorative environment.The Momma CollectiveA community-based coaching and education offering for pregnant and postpartum women focused on connection, support, and holistic tools for navigating motherhood with greater confidence and ease.I believe women deserve access to holistic, root-cause support that honors their bodies, experiences, and intuition.
