About Diana Hodge Baker

One of the things my dad always told me growing up was, “work smarter, not harder.” That advice stuck and over the years, it’s turned into a passion for making things more efficient, reducing waste, and finding better ways to do just about everything. I’m also really driven by a desire to help protect our planet and encourage others to do the same.At Henkel, I’ve had the chance to bring both of these passions into my work. Right now, I’m leading a project to map out and improve all of our customer operations processes, looking for ways to simplify and streamline. I also serve as the sustainability culture lead for our department and co-chair the North America Employee Sustainability Action Team, supporting initiatives across all business areas.I love meeting new people and learning from different perspectives.
