ABOUT DIANA POEANA
Hello! My name is Diana Poeana and I live in Nashville, TN. I work full-time, remotely, for Chick-fil-A of Coral Springs as their Office Administrator. I handle all accounts payable, vendor relationships, and overall organization for the franchise unit. In 2019 I started freelance contracting in the event space and non-profit world, honing my skills in data management, project management, event coordination, and non-profit development. Having the opportunity to grow as a contractor has given me space to explore different team dynamics, leadership styles, and grassroots vs. more seasoned organizations. Gaining this perspective has given me a unique view on finding creative ways organizations can grow and adapt. This perspective has also given me a passion for growing my skills and becoming a more diverse employee.As I look back, the opportunities I have loved the most are the ones where I get to be a creative problem-solver and relationship-builder. I am currently looking for opportunities to join a team in the Events or Non-Profit space that is passionate, values their team, and wants to grow!
