Managing Prime Video Channels Ad-Tech products. Hired and manage 3 Senior Product and Program Managers- Leading strategy and cross-functional products to monetize ad-supported channels (e.g. Discovery+) on Prime Video- Led a 3-month Prime-Video-wide effort across 35+ teams in India, Seattle, and London to comply with content regulation rules enacted by the Indian Government in February 2021. This included assessing impact, gathering requirements, identifying dependencies, aligning stakeholders, diving deep to drive technical implementation, writing and testing software, authoring operational procedures, and training associates- Launched 5 new content descriptors on Prime Video in 2021 (Smoking, Alcohol Use, Substance Use, Frightening Scenes, and Flashing Lights) that are available globally and localized in the language of each marketplace- Co-invented a Machine Learning solution to scale generating and assigning maturity ratings and content descriptors on Prime Video globally- Delivered the 2021 strategy roadmap document for Prime Video’s Video Compliance and Classification organization- Planned the 2021 roadmap for maturity ratings and content advisory information on Prime Video in the US and globally- Winner of “Best Engineering Award” for “AutoCue” at Tech Tank, Amazon Studio’s first-ever hackathon held in June 2021.
