As Vice President in the Control Management organization, Diana serves as an independant thought partner to the Connected Commerce Proprietary Wallet team. Previously, she supported Chase Travel and the Lifestyle Experiences & Content organizations, and continues to collaborate with these groups—as well as other Connected Commerce teams and firm-wide businesses—to establish and maintain a robust framework for operational success.Prior to joining Controls, Diana was in the Community & Business Development organization where she led the Hispanic & Latino strategic program, focused on Financial Health Education within the community at a national level. This work is aligned to the JPMorgan Chase Global Office of Advancing Hispanics & Latinos and the firm’s $30 Billion dollar Racial Equity Commitment.
