About Diana Liechty

I am a mission- and team-oriented program and project manager for a SaaS software company. I am always growing, and believe that it\'s more important to be able to learn something than to already know it - if I don\'t know the answer now, I\'ll figure it out​. My education in both the natural and social sciences at UC Berkeley provided me with a diverse skillset including primary-source research and analysis, and hands on laboratory work. My experience at Epic Systems installing complex projects on long timelines gave me valuable skills for managing teams and projects towards ultimate end-user happiness. Working at HubSpot, I\'ve become a trusted resource for hundreds of customers including some of our largest \"Lighthouse\" customers looking to launch, re-haul, or optimize their marketing, sales, service, and operational strategy using the HubSpot tool-set. Since moving into an enablement program manager role, I work to create pathways and improvements for our CS and partner teams to investigate, resolve, and track service quality issues, and work towards an industry leading servicing growth strategy through our partner network.In my free time I enjoy gardening, playing music, baking, caring for my many plants, and throwing lavish dinner parties for my friends.
