ABOUT DIANA LEONCZIK

A skilled merchandising professional with nearly 7 years experience in the buying field, my most recent experience falls within the consumables and beauty world managing omni-channel assortments for both Bed Bath & Beyond and Harmon stores. An enthusiastic team player, I thrive collaborating and working cross-functionally with various teams. I am both a creative self-starter that thrives in fast paced environments, as well as, an analytical thinker. My merchandising experience includes creating well-balanced omni-channel assortments, digital merchandising, trend analysis, project management, vendor management, negotiation, working with digital/print marketing, and managing promotional events. Beyond my buying experience, I have always had big picture vision with the ability to see out the detail-oriented pieces that make it all come together. I was born with a clip board in my hand. I thrive making lists, drawing up charts, and visually organizing information is therapeutic to me. In my spare time, I am an event planner/coordinator specializing in weddings. I am also a director at my local church leading our Young Adult ministry of +80 people and managing our Pop-Up Shop which creates and releases merchandise available for purchase. As a new mother, I am adding to my professional repertoire with my most challenging but most rewarding job yet — raising good humans. Between all the different hats I wear, I consider myself to be a skilled written/oral communicator, relationship builder, creative thinker, strong collaborator, idea creator, experienced merchandiser, and organizational freak. I am currently open to roles that will allow me to bring together these natural abilities and professional experience. About me- Multilingual in English, Portuguese, some Spanish, and currently learning Baby Talk- Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management- Professional List Maker- Lover of Disney- Merchandiser, Mother, Pastor, Event Coordinator
