About Diana Karvelis

I\'ve found that seemingly negligible moments from your childhood find a way to manifest clearly in your professional life. While rereading several \'report cards\' from preschool teachers, I found notes like, “first to rally her classmates around an idea\" and,\"always has LOTS of questions\" and,\"our resident entertainer, always trying to get a laugh.\"Class-clown\'ing aside, reflecting upon past personal and professional experiences has led me to uncover a common thread over time - having both the ability and passion for influencing, coaching, and motivating others to action.I infuse this energy in business through the nurturing of deeply trusting relationships - showing up through active listening, delivering with consistency over time, and not taking things too seriously (the 4-year old entertainer in me). I believe this trifecta earns me the right to pursue intelligent risks, to test bold, new ideas, and ultimately to generate significant results.I\'m happiest when change is a constant, and I love to dig into problems to understand what’s broken. Thoughtful questions remove obstacles to make way for the construction of new, stronger solutions. I love to activate and motivate both colleagues and clients towards collectively building a strategy for success. And I lean on a thoughtfully-built roadmap, intentional coaching, and intelligent tools to make it all happen.When I’m not working, you’ll likely catch me playing a round of golf, watching the latest stand-up comedy special on Netflix, embarking on a grand adventure in a new country, or continuing my endless quest for the best soup dumpling in New York City.
