I\'m a people-first UX Product designer, committed to empathy, collaboration, and usability. I’ve designed products for a diverse user base and center my product designs around function and delight. I’m human-focused, audience-led, and a people advocate. My design training helps me bring communication and storytelling to life. I design experiences that help business customers achieve their goals with ease and delight. I create web designs and journeys that are user-friendly. I also serve as a design ambassador, guiding teams to adopt customer-centric approaches and best practices.I have a Master\'s Degree and a Bachelor\'s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, experience as a User Experience Design mentor, and I’m Web Development and Design certified in JavaScript - React, HTML, and CSS. I have designed products for diverse and global user bases, ranging from financial and business applications, to supply chain and logistics, online giving, and education. I have worked with clients such as J.P. Morgan Chase, A.P. Moller Maersk, and St. Jude Children\'s Research Hospital.
