About Diana Golemo
My global HR career has been an adventure, having taken me to Afghanistan, the Middle East, and across the USA, including Hawaii. I\'ve been lucky to get the opportunity to recruit talented individuals throughout the EU, UK, Canada, US,and Asia.I originally studied biology and public health because I really wanted to help people. Upon completing my master’s, I had the opportunity to do this in a human resources capacity, specializing in recruitment & talent acquisition.Over the past 10+ years, I have helped improve thousands of lives by guiding organizations to attract, hire, develop, and retain great employees. Recently, I\'ve worked with Emmes, a Clinical Research Organization that is bringing innovation into clinical research. Leveraging my education in Public Health with my experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, I\'ve been able to help fill key roles in Biostats, Bioinformatics, Product, Data Science, Finance, Training, Legal, and so many more areas.
