As CFR\'s director of communications, I serve as point person for the organization\'s transformative rebranding, which encompasses our visual identity, website, marketing collateral, video and photo content, and written content. In addition to this, I: Supervise the communications department, along with all freelancers and consultants.Developed and maintain the organization’s communications strategy and allocate the department’s annual budget.Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including website and social media updates, e-newsletters, one-pagers and other tabling materials, and PowerPoint presentations.Manage CFR’s interactions with the press, as well as the creation of op-eds and letters to the editor.Represent CFR in coalition meetings and advocacy days as a member of the policy team.

My passions include-Empowering people—especially students and direct reports—to learn, grow, and produce their best work-Developing meaningful and collaborative relationships with other teams in the workplace (because silos lead to missed opportunities)-Almost all types of writing and editing-Strategy, organization, and critical thinking My values:As a queer, neurodivergent person, I believe that everyone has the right to succeed.
