Currently Director of Social Media for Hornets Sports & Entertainment, Diana’s background includes growing the social and digital presence for a wide variety of businesses, from local lifestyle brands to international B2B and B2C brands, including Hostess Snacks and Domtar Paper. Diana earned her master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Texas at Austin. She wrote her thesis on organizational use of social media, and is an author of a published academic article titled,\"What We Are Talking About When We Talk About Social Media: A Framework for Study.” Diana believes that digital marketing can transform the way businesses develop and maintain relationships with their customers, and she’s passionate about helping brands take advantage of the digital space.
