ABOUT DIANA AXELROD
As a Vice President in the Corporate Finance practice, I focus on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures and other financial advisory services to business owners and investors on both the buy- and sell-side of a transaction. I advise my clients through the full life cycle of a transaction from helping business owners in making the decision to sell their business and analyzing its potential value, to marketing the business for sale, finding qualified buyers, navigating financial due diligence and ultimately negotiating the final purchase and sale agreements. There are many complex financial issues that arise over the course of a transaction and as a trusted advisor my goal is to help my clients identify the issues, analyze the business and transaction implications, and recommend a course of action that maximizes value for my clients. My experience in M&A, valuations, financial due diligence and assurance offer insightful solutions to a wide range of issues and provide meaningful guidance through complex scenarios and transactions, leveraging my foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial modelling, and business valuations.
