   As a High School Spanish Teacher, I consistently drive innovative instructional strategies to ensure learning environment. I currently manage 3 classrooms with 35-39 students per class. My goal is to facilitate consistent development and academic advancement by implementing differentiated teaching prodigies to support diverse learners achieve educational goals. Furthermore to stimulate learning environment and foster confidence I execute productive learning techniques, including speaking development skills with technology and role-playing activities for 85 minutes class period. For ensuring positive classroom environment I support teaching staff in daily lessons and activities.
