A visionary PropTech leader with a strong background in data analytics, sales and marketing as well as strategic planning. Takes a customer-centric and data-driven approach to addressing key business challenges. Building on my early experience in real estate, I was one of the founding team members of Relitix, a data analytics company that uses cutting-edge cognitive technologies to tackle longstanding real estate challenges. My expertise in working with and interpreting real estate data makes me a valuable resource for many of the country\'s leading real estate brokerages, as well as to my colleagues and affiliates. In my most recent endeavor, I established Maverick Systems with the aim of assisting real estate brokerages in enhancing their agent recruitment and retention strategies. With extensive experience analyzing numerous firms throughout my career, I bring a unique, creative perspective to tackle even the most challenging issues. By adopting an innovative and unconventional approach, I strive to deliver effective solutions that stand out from traditional industry practices. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in industry trade associations, where I have gained additional knowledge and leadership experience through committee work. I have also served as a board member and board chair for several non-profit organizations, most recently, Home of the Sparrow, which aims to empower homeless women to achieve stable housing.
