As the co-CEO of Verbal Beginnings, LLC, I have been building a culture of sustainable growth, client progress, and employee happiness since 2011. With my M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis and my expertise in child development and psychology, I lead a team of professionals who provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and families with autism and related disorders.My passion is to change lives through evidence-based and compassionate interventions that foster learning and growth. Opening VB with my co-CEO, Nick Chappell, we\'ve been on a path to align our organizational mission with our personal goals of making a positive impact on our clients, our staff, and our community.
