Diana Visic is using her passion for green building design and sustainability to create a positive change in the industry! Diana has been involved with the engineering and sustainability industry for over 12 years and brings her desire for sustainability improvements to all her projects. As a professional engineer, a LEED accredited professional and a natural leader, Diana strives to drive the commercial real estate industry and the construction sector towards real and tangible improvements through the implementation of project specific energy efficiency plans, water efficiency plans, transportation improvement plans, policy vehicles, and urban planning principles. Diana understands the only way to drive improvements in the real estate industry is through the ongoing measurement of actual performance and as such Diana is well versed in the relevant KPI\'s that are required to drive meaningful improvements across various portfolios. Diana has worked in the commercial real estate, retail, industrial, and institutional sectors and has worked both in Canada and in Australia. Diana has been exposed to many aspects of engineering and sustainability design throughout her careers. These areas include: • sustainable design, strategic planning, and management of green buildings and green precincts including energy system design and management, water management, and site civil works; • advanced and working knowledge of all LEED, BREEAM, and GreenStar Green Building Certification tools with advanced project management experience and insights; • excellent client development and marketing experience to building group capabilities and client relations; • experienced in preparing site and project specific feasibility and ROI analysis for various green and renewable technologies; Software expertise- including but not limited to Ecotect, TAS, Energy Builder, EE4, eQuest, PVSyst, AutoCAD, Microstation, ANSYS, STAAD, & Microsoft suite of software including MS Project
