12 years of experience in Intelligence and risk analysis, successfully leading fast-paced teams. • Experience in corporate security at two major tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area; coordinating the incident response and facilitating the integration of intelligence to protect employees, assets, reputation, and intellectual property. • Colombian Ministry of Defense national security advisor for 7 years, as a senior analyst in Strategic Military Intelligence. With experience in the leadership of multiple and crucial Intelligence Assessments which were decisive in concluding the threat critical capabilities, and also allowed the Colombian Intelligence Community integration to build joint strategic documents that provided guidance to the commanders and the government in their decisions. • Handpicked to lead advisory teams which helped create the foundation for the “Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) of ex-combatants” under “The Havana Peace Process.” • Awarded with the Colombian Ministry of Defense Meritorious Service Medal: ‘Faith in the Cause\', granted to those who excel by providing meritorious and invaluable services to the Military Forces in the recovery of peace, order, and democracy for the nation. • With several recognitions granted by: The Joint Intelligence Directorate of the U.S. Southern Command (Miami-Florida), the Joint Interagency Task Force South (Key West-Florida) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (Washington DC). The above, due to the leadership demonstrated at analytical processes that contributed to the successful binational engagement between Colombia and the United States of America, regarding geopolitical and transnacional concerns (e.g. Insurgency, terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, organized crime & illicit networks). • Author of a variety of published articles on areas such as: Economic & Social Rights, Civil & Political Rights, Massacres & Impunity, and Populism in the context of Peace & Historical Memory Building. • Consulted by small businesses to provide strategic services and carry out a Business Intelligence vision that strengthens their market position and corporate development.* Led for 2 years a global team of graphic designers at Better Life Vietnam, an NGO focused on improving living conditions and opportunities for disabled youth in Vietnam.* Field researcher at Solidarity Center and Internal Labor Rights Forum, for more than two years, helping determine living conditions and armed conflict threats to oil palm industry rural workers in Colombia.
