ABOUT DIANA VALENCIA
I am Petroleum Engineer and Master in Renewable Energies with 19 years of experience in the Energy Sector. Currently I am Solar Project Estimator at NextEra Energy, world\'s largest Renewable Energy producer. Previously I worked for EV at Tesla. I was Process Engineer at REG Chevron, largest biodiesel producer in USA and originally 10 years field experience in O&G at Ecopetrol Colombia.I am passionate about clean energy, always have encouraged operation with less impact in environment and communities. In the O&G operation, actively participated in initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I leaded a project to reuse wasted materials of the industry in agriculture activities, supporting farmers around and reducing deforest. Furthermore my Masters\' project was a conceptual research of microalgae biofixation of CO2 emissions in one of the largest Colombian Oilfield Facility.
