Worked on several native Android apps as part of a Scrum team, which involved developing and testing new features. Part of my role included working directly with client stakeholders to define the requirements for new features and to manage their expectations in terms of release dates. I was also in charge of releasing the apps to the Play Store, monitoring the releases and handling any bugs that came up. I also onboarded and coached new mobile developers on the team. Additionally, I worked on a few internal projects. One of these projects was a RAG web-based system to automate the process of finding the right candidates for a project, based on their CVs using tools like LangGraph and ChromaDB. Another project was a POC Android app where I obtained the users’ step count, from Health Connect, and used it to provide them membership benefits. Finally, I created a process and tools to analyse the health and psychological safety of a team and how it could be improved by the company.
