About Diana Torres
Intrinsically motivated and blessed with the genes of hard-working, compassionate, and loving parents who instilled business skills enhanced with common sense, a fearless attitude, and humility which afforded me the opportunity to lead successful teams. I am the leader of an amazing team of sixteen customer service professionals who together we provide the best in service to military families residing in one of our 509 professionally maintained homes. The Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey (CEL) scores increased 19 points since 2014 when I accepted this amazing offer from BBC. We are also proud recipients of Platinum and A-list awards. A high occupancy of 98% or better is maintained with near-zero delinquency annually. Prior military property management experience was gained through employment with Lincoln Military Housing leading 42 team members and managing 1746 homes and Aimco where I earned my conventional experience. My love for property management has increased my passion to serve my military families and give back in a very small way compared to their sacrifIces that I can empathize with being a prior military spouse.
