As a Senior Associate with a focus on the venture capital tech industry, I am passionate about connecting top talent with the most innovative and exciting companies in the space. Prior to joining my current firm, I worked for a B2B tech startup, where I gained valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by emerging companies in the space. At my current firm, I work closely with venture capital firms and startups alike, leveraging my deep network and industry expertise to identify and recruit top-tier talent. Specifically sourcing/recruiting candidates for executive roles across engineering, product, and marketing, I approach every search with a focus on delivering results and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. In addition to my recruitment expertise, I am also skilled in talent management, candidate assessment, and market research.
