ABOUT DIANA PILARSKI
Helping others reach their potential, travel, and dance are my passions in life. While they are seemingly very different passions, I\'ve had the joy of intertwining all three. My career journey has led me to obtain a master\'s degree in Dance/Movement Psychotherapy, teach English to children in South Korea, become a dance instructor, and work in several different people-focused roles at one of the world\'s largest language, travel, cultural exchange, and academics company. At the heart of it all is connection, understanding, and growth. I’m an enthusiastic leader, trainer, and coach with 15+ years of experience, who thrives on building connection, fostering growth, and creating meaningful experiences for both employees and customers. Currently at Cultural Care Au Pair, I lead the design and implementation of our national call coaching program and serve as product owner for our AI-driven customer communications platform—always with the goal of empowering teams and enhancing service through innovation and empathy.
