I am a college sophomore with many achievements. I have successfully finished an art school after 5 years of studying and a culinary school after 2 years of attending. I am open to new experiences and continuously strive to improve my skills. I\'m fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, with sufficient English and German proficiency. I am an optimist, I know how to manage time and use it correctly. Easily adaptive in a new environment with leadership qualities, punctual and responsible person. I have a passion for exploring the world, having had the opportunity to visit 24 countries. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and traveling.

   I work as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician at Acuity, providing one-on-one behavioral support to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA techniques to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. I monitor and document client behaviors and progress through accurate data collection, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors. I maintain a structured, safe, and supportive environment during sessions, follow ethical and confidentiality standards, and communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers about each child’s progress.
