With over eleven years of experience in community and government relations, Diana is a passionate and creative leader who empowers community members to make significant changes in their neighborhoods. She is currently the Director Of Strategic Partnerships at Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson (BGCC), where she builds and maintains strategic alliances with public, private, and nonprofit sectors to advance the mission and vision of BGCC.Diana\'s expertise in community organizing, education equity, and neighborhood revitalization stems from her previous roles as a Field Representative at the California State Assembly and a Neighborhood Revitalization Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles. In these positions, she worked with leaders in various cities and neighborhoods to advocate for the advancement of social justice, supportive services, and reentry programs. She also led the implementation of an innovative framework to improve the quality of life of residents in Long Beach through sustainable partnerships and collaboration.
