Diana’s responsibilities include Energy sector coverage of U.S. and Canadian mid-to-large corporate exploration & production, midstream, and downstream clients. Prior to joining MUFG, • Diana served for three years as Banking & Finance Consultant to the Enron Estate and later to Mirant Corporation, where she worked alongside client and legal teams on highly confidential bankruptcy litigation matters. • She spent another four years in the Energy industry in various capacities including Commercial and Corporate Development / Financial Planning & Analysis, at Enron and later at subsidiary, Prisma Energy. At Prisma, Diana was responsible for the company’s valuation models that drove key decisions around contract restructurings and ultimately the sale of the company. • Diana began her career in Corporate Banking, having completed formal credit training at Hibernia National Bank followed by a brief 1.5 years at Fuji Bank’s Energy Group, before being recruited by Enron. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a major in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B Freeman School of Business. FINRA registered representative Series 79 and 63
